Afterschool Program Fees Per Day
The price per day for our Afterschool Program depends on the number of days per week that your child is enrolled.
- One Day per Week = $40/day
- Two Days per Week = $35/day
- Three Days per Week = $30/day
- Four Days per Week = $25/day
- Five Days per week = $22/day
Afterschool Program Total Costs
Unlike prices per day, the total costs for our Afterschool Program are determined by two factors: 1) the number of days per week that your child is enrolled, and 2) which days each week that your child is enrolled.
For example, students who attend our Afterschool Program on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays will meet more frequently than those who attend on a Monday or a Friday. Why, you may ask? Well, CCACC Academy adheres to the same calendar as Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS), which accounts of course for: federal holidays, Winter & Spring Breaks, Professional Days for teachers, and Early Release Days. All said, if students meet more often for our Afterschool Program, then parents will pay more overall. But if parents select days of the week where our program meets less often, then they will pay less overall.
Afterschool Program Dates
The CCACC Academy After School calendar is aligned with the MCPS School Year Calendar, in addition to typical days of after school, your after school tuition covers early release and two hour delays. We do not charge extra for the additional hours. We reserve the right to cancel programs in alignment with MCPS emergency weather updates.
"School's Out!" One-Day Camp Fees
So, it’s Professional Day for Teachers, eh? Don’t want your child stuck at home with nothing to do, right? Well, not to worry! We have the perfect One-Day Camp for your scholar! He or she can choose from an array of cool activities like LEGO & STEM, Claymation, Baking, Public Speaking & Debate, and Making Your Own Magazine. Best of all, our prices are incredibly reasonable! - Afterschool Program Participants = $60/day
- Non-Afterschool Program Participants = $80/day
"School's Out!" One-Day Camp Dates
During the school year MCPS will be closed, but CCACC Academy will be open as usual for learning and fun! Please register today for our One-Day Camps. Spaces will go quickly!
Additional Fees
We are also happy to provide safe and reliable transportation service for many of our Afterschool Program participants. Currently, we serve five MCPS schools, which include:. Simply ask about this convenience during your registration process.
- School Bus Transportation = $25/semester
Some of the courses require addition materials fees or transport fees.
Afterschool Refund Policy
While we’d LOVE for you and your child to stay with us, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our detailed Afterschool Program Refund Policy.
- Withdraw before the semester begins, and you will receive a full refund!
- Withdraw within the first week of the semester, and you will only be charged for one week of class. The remaining balance will be refunded to you as a credit for any future WCFC courses.
- Withdraw within the first two weeks of the semester, and you will be charged for two weeks of class plus a $100 processing fee. Again, the remaining balance will be refunded to you as a credit for any future WCFC courses.
- Withdraw after the first two weeks of the semester, and you will receive no refund or credit.
- Lastly, if you are moving out of the area, we require four weeks of advanced notice before you terminate with our program. We cannot assure you of any refund without this required advanced notice.
