Explore the world of activity and fun with CCACC Sports World JR: PE, Gymnastics! Designed for ages 5-9, this course offers daily stretches, basic athletic training, and gymnastics exploration. Students will engage in gymnastics skills and tricks, utilizing trampolines, springboards, balance beams, and other gym equipment. Our state-of-the-art facility ensures a dynamic learning environment, with personalized instruction to perfect individual skills. Join us for an active and enjoyable experience in the CCACC Sports World JR!
Hui Zhuang is a professional athlete from Beijing, China. She started training in Chinese Martial Arts when she was nine years old. She was chosen by the well-known Beijing Wushu Team when she was fifteen years old and became a professional Wushu Athlete. In 1988, she first competed in the National Wushu Championship for Beijing Wushu Team. In 1989, she was awarded the second place in spear. In 1990, she won two gold medals in spear and double straight sword and was awarded a title called,“WuYing” (the top ranking for Wushu athletes). From 1991 to 1995, she consecutively won the women’s all-round champion for 5 years and many gold medals for the single events. In 1992, she represented the China Team and competed for the Third Asian Wushu Championship held in South Korea and she won women’s all-round champion and other three single forms gold medals. In 1994, she competed in the 12th annual Asian Olympic Game held in Hiroshima, Japan and won the women’s all-around champion once again. She was awarded the title of the First One Hundred Wushu Hero. After she came to America, she went to a martial arts school for nine years and has a great experience teaching.

Dive into action and excitement with CCACC Sports World Advanced PE, Gymnastics! This camp aims to keep children active and enhance their athletic performance. Campers will engage in cardio-based activities to maintain athleticism during the summer. Utilizing trampolines, springboards, balance beams, and state-of-the-art gym equipment, participants receive individualized instruction to perfect specific skills.

In the Lower Martial Arts camp, students can begin learning the basics of martial arts. This program introduces fundamental principles, fostering discipline, respect, and self-control. Participants build confidence, self-fulfillment, and enhance physical attributes like flexibility, balance, coordination, and reflexes. The training includes age-appropriate drills for a supportive and enjoyable experience. Join us for a journey where mental and physical benefits unfold, laying the foundation for a lasting appreciation of martial arts!

In the Upper Martial Arts camp, older students can begin learning more on martial arts, helping them further develop their discipline, respect, and self-control, and will be trained and given drills based on their skill level. Join us for an empowering experience where older students not only deepen their martial arts skills but also further cultivate valuable life attributes
