Important Information about cancellations, changes, camp passes, and more

Welcome to our summer camp policies page. Here you’ll find all the important information you need to plan your child’s summer with CCACC Academy. Click each section below for full details on cancellations, changes, camp passes, and more.

If you decide to cancel your summer camp registration, an official request must be submitted through the parent portal. Refunds or credits will be issued according to the following schedule:

Note: A 3% processing fee will be deducted from refunds issued via credit card or online transactions. Refunds issued as account credit incur no fee.

If you wish to change your camper’s course or session, an official request must be submitted through the parent portal.

  • A $10 change fee applies per request.

  • Camp tuition differences are the responsibility of the parent.

  • No refunds are provided if switching to a less expensive camp.

  • Before Care: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM ($20 per day)

  • After Care: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM ($50 per day)

  • Late Pickup Fee: $1 per minute after scheduled pickup times.

  • Campers who are sick or exhibit symptoms of contagious illness must remain at home.

  • CCACC Academy reserves the right to send home any camper showing symptoms during camp hours.

  • Parents must inform the school of allergies, medical conditions, or special dietary needs during registration.

In the event of camp closure due to weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies, tuition will be refunded or credited for missed days at the discretion of CCACC Academy.

  • Full tuition is due at the time of registration.

  • Camp spots are not guaranteed until payment is received.

  • Payments may be made via credit card, online transaction, or in-person at the Academy.

  • Campers are expected to follow instructions and show respect for staff and peers.

  • Campers whose behavior endangers themselves or others may be dismissed from camp.

  • No refunds will be issued for dismissals due to behavior.
